Service Coordinator (Des Moines, IA)
- Work with both internal and external customers to coordinate service work.
- Demonstrate independent judgment by working with customers on issues regarding their service needed, finding ways to solve problems and/or troubleshoot to achieve the wanted result.
- Communicate with external customers on a regular basis about job status, operations, customers need, and more.
- Offer both billing and collects support which is an integral part of the company’s financials.
- Manage all customer service repair work orders from start to finish including scheduling, tracking, ordering parts, subcontractor management, startup management, warranty management, close-out, and invoicing.

Project Manager (Elmhurst, IL)
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for all managerial and administrative aspects of a wide range of mechanical processes. This role requires one to work with internal and external team from project kick-off to close out activities. There is a balance of independent and team oriented work.
Responsible for all managerial and administrative aspects of a wide range of mechanical processes including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review, coordination, and more.
Coordinate project kick-off meetings, progress meetings, and close out activities.
Gather project requirements directly from clients and facilitate preparation of working drawings.
Work both independently and alongside management to prepare/submit project propels.
Serve as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, engineers, and internal teams.

Journeyman HVAC Service Technician (Iowa)
The HVAC Journeyman will perform maintenance of HVAC equipment to include repair and replacement of defective equipment, components, or wiring. This role will require intermediate to advanced independent diagnostics, troubleshooting, pipefitting, and brazing of CATI (Chillers) and CATII (Non-Chiller) equipment.
This position is part of the Pipefitters Local 33.
This role can be based in:
- Cedar Rapids, Iowa
- Des Moines, Iowa
- Perform maintenance of all HVAC & applied equipment and on-site start-up procedures.
- Repair and replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
- Perform intermediate to advanced independent diagnostics, troubleshooting, pipefitting, and brazing of equipment.
- Conduct warranty service application by independently inspecting and testing systems to verify functionality for equipment.
- Verify functionality of new equipment. Educate customers on proper use of equipment, maintenance schedule, and operating manual.
- Problem-solve issues using reasoning and logic.
- Communicate with individuals who installed the system.
- Program new control systems using touchscreens and computers.
- Assist the owner’s representatives to demonstrate that the system has been set up properly.
- Document actions taken on the jobsite to be included with project report.
- Direct discussions with building owners to assist with ongoing maintenance and service.
- Prepare wiring diagrams.
- Wear personal protective equipment when completing service tasks.

Senior Service Coordinator, Illinois
The Sr. Service Coordinator keeps oversees scheduling and dispatching of service technicians. Alongside this, they serve as a key link between customers, technicians, manufacturers, and internal teams when managing end-end processes for warranty. This role involves all phases of service projects.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, mechanical engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in service coordination or operations management within the mechanical or HVAC industry.
- Oversee and prioritize the scheduling and dispatching of service technicians based on workload, location, and expertise.
- Own the end‑to‑end manufacturer warranty process, including factory communication, claim submission, documentation management, follow‑up, and reconciliation to maximize warranty recovery and minimize financial exposure.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key customers, managing escalations and complex service needs with professionalism and urgency.
- Manage all phases of service projects—from scheduling and parts procurement to close-out and invoicing.
- Collaborate with Service Managers to monitor backlog, forecast labor needs, and ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
Review technician reports, time entries, and materials for accuracy prior to billing. - Support warranty management, equipment startups, and subcontractor coordination.
- Partner with accounting to track billing progress, verify invoicing accuracy, and support collections efforts when necessary.

You will collaborate with Design Engineers, System Integrators and Programmers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and fully functional.

Inside Sales Team Member - Parts Division (Romeoville, IL)
Works and communicates with inside and outside customers.
Assist with incoming calls, emails, and in-store customers. This includes identifying correct parts, providing conflict resolutions for contractors, and coordinating questions revolving around our equipment/product.
Accurately identify parts.
Process revenue and/or warranty orders revolving around part equipment/product.
Generate part quotes and equipment proposals for customers.
Load and unload trucks/customer vehicles.
